Yes, and sometimes I am called a "Travelling Notary" too. I come directly to you and can visit you at your home, office, or other location like a hospital or assisted living facility. I cover Alameda, Santa Clara, San Mateo, San Francisco, Contra Costa and other surrounding counties.

What is a Loan Signing Agent?

A Loan Signing Agent is a notary public, who has experience, training, notarizes, and certifies financial and legal documents. Are hired by escrow companies, title companies, mortgage companies, and signing service companies.

What counties in Northern California do you service?

We provide mobile notary services to all of the following counties:

What kind of identification do I need to have for a notarization?

Acceptable forms of identification include Driver's License, Government issued identification card, or passport that is current or issued within the last 5 years.

Do you have an office?

Great question! I am a mobile Notary/Loan Signing Agent and I can meet you at your office, coffee shop, or home. Give me a call and we can talk about the details.

What are your hours?

Appointments are accepted 7 days a week. To provide exceptional services to our client's we customize our hours with the client's need. Please call to schedule your appointment.

Do I need to make an appointment?

Indeed, due to the fact we do not have an office an appointment is required.

Should I sign the document in advance?

No, document(s) are required tp be signed in the presence of a notary public.

Do you notarize documents in Assisted Living Facilities?

Yes, we service all Assited Living facilities in the Bay Area. Call to schedule an appointment.

Do you notarize documents for patients who are currently in the hospital?

Yes, we notarize documents for patients that are in the hospital as long as they are coherent.

Should I fill out the document(s) before meeting with the notary?

Yes, all documents should be completed prior to your scheduled appointment, excluding your signature and date.

Are there any additional requirements I should be aware of?

Yes, the signer(s) must be able to communicate with me without the assistance of others. I can assist if they speak English or Spanish.

What type of payment do you accept?

I accept Cash, Check, Venmo, Zelle, and major credit cards.
